Consulting sessions within 24-hours before sheduled time are not eligible for reschedule and are not eligible for refund. No refunds will be given for unused sessions or sessions canceled less than 24-hour before scheduled time. Sessions cancelled with more than 24-notice will be offered a reschedule at no additional charge.
